Tickets are available by selecting the ‘Buy Tickets' buttons which will direct you to Ticket Tailor, our third party ticketing service. Purchase online with a Debit or Credit card, subject to availability. IMPORTANT: No more than 6 people from same household or support bubble can be in any one car, including children. You must not mix with any other bubble when on site. Only same household families larger than 6 are exempt.
Ticket prices are priced per adult, per child with 3 years and younder free. There is also a small booking fee to cover our fees from the ticketing service and Paypal. Although you pay per person you must arrive in a car. You must not exceed the legal limit of this vehicle and ensure everybody has their own seat. Who gets what seat is up to you! Cars are not permitted to have any attachments such as a trailers.
Explosive Solutions is based in Bungay, Suffolk. We use several event sites across our county such as Sotterley Estate and Henham Park. Specific event directions will be available on the event pages and sent to you via email just prior to the event. If you are not sure please contact us via email. The site access will be clearly signed on the event day.
Gates open 2 hours before your show time, this allows plenty of time for entry, we do recommend allowing enough time to be with us at least 60 minutes before show time so you can settle in and enjoy the display.
The time of your ticket is the firework START TIME. To make sure we can get everyone in safely and in position for show start we have last entry as 30 minutes prior to show start. Please try and come early to avoid queues and get the best viewing spot.
No, we cannot reserve spaces in advance. Our staff will assign you a space on arrival on a first come first serve basisi. This will be dependent on available spaces at that time and the size of your vehicle. Larger vehicles may be positioned to the sides or further back but please do not panic, we make sure everyone gets a really good spot. If you have specific access requirements and need to be parked close to accessible facilities, please contact us using the name and email on your booking, the event you have booked and a booking reference if possible.
Yes, you are allowed out of your vehicles but must stay in contact with it at all times to adhere to government rules and social distancing guidelines. The only exception is to visit our toilet facilities.
We will provide the option to buy food and/or drink directly to your car BUT this will be limited and depend on your arrival time as to whether this is possible. We do advise you to pre-order food and drink in advance. To limit the number of people walking around the venue to find rubbish bins, we will supply a small waste bag to each car which can be left at your bay, or even better removed by yourselves. We kindly ask that you do not drop any litter out of your car window. This is a simple task which we would greatly appreciate your co-operation with.
Yes, you can. Where possible card payment is preferred to limit customer and staff contact. If you are only able to pay with cash, please be aware that some notes may not be accepted, and change may not be available.
Are there toilet facilities?
Yes there will be toilet blocks across the site. There will be staff members present at all times and will be cleaned regularly throughout. We ask that only one person per toilet cubicle at any one time, unless you are taking a small child or person who requires physical assistance. Hands must be washed. Hand sanitising stations will be provided outside the toilet facilities. Please follow 2 metre markers and social distance at all times. We advise wearing a mask if at all possible.
Our site does have wheelchair-accessible facilities. We must make you aware that the main covering of the area is grass to access the facilities. If this makes it difficult to operate your chair around the grounds, we would be happy to provide extra assistance, including if you wish to request a parking space closer to the facilities. If you wish to do this, please CONTACT US using the name and email address of your booking and supplying us with the show details you have bought tickets for. Our arrival team can then be aware in advance and be ready to help.
We will have dedicated staff on-site to assist with all your needs. Our team are in hi-vis, PPE and will be patrolling so please find one of us on site, adhering to social distancing rules. Please do NOT beep your car horn or flash your lights for attention unless a medical emergency.
Unfortunately due to the nature of the event dogs and pets are NOT permitted. As dog lovers, we all know this is not their favourite time of year and ask them to remain safely at home or with friends or family. If you or someone wanting to attend has an assistance dog please get in touch with us prior to booking so we can discuss your requirements.
Please try not to do this for any longer than required. I understand it may be cold and if you are uncomfortanble then please do so as a last resort. For show time we request ALL engines are switched off so as not to interfere with everyones experience. Please be aware that we do have equipment on-site to jump start your car if needed and a team of people with tow trucks should you need this type of support.
The price of your ticket is per person but we cannot allow more than 6 in any vehicle, even if you are in a 7 seater vehicle. This is inline with government guidelines on groups not being over 6. We position vehicles so that everyone can have a good view of the display, however this depends on the vehicle you arrive in as a larger vehicle like a camper van will be positioned at the back or side to avoid obscuring the view for others. Anybody found not adhering to this rule may be asked to leave the site. Only same household families larger than 6 are exempt.
We will not allow this as it will be hugely disruptive to the show and everyones experience, and not safe. Please let a member of staff know if you need to leave before the display starts and they will assist you out. We also need to be made aware of your departure for any emergency evacuation procedures and/or health and safety purposes.
Our carpark marshals will be there to guide cars to the exit. Please wait in your vehicle and follow our traffic management procedure when directed so that we can exit everybody safely. If you have any trouble with your vehicle and are unable to move, please remain stationary until all cars have departed and one of our team will visit you at your car to help.
Unless the event is postponed or cancelled or there is a national or local lockdown we do not offer refunds on any tickets. If you have a valid reason why you are unable to attend, please CONTACT US and we will endeavour to help you.
