How can I buy tickets?

Tickets are available by selecting the ‘Buy Tickets' buttons which will direct you to Ticket Tailor, our third party ticketing service. Purchase online with a Debit or Credit card, subject to availability

How much are tickets?

Tickets are priced per car, or you can buy individual tickets per adult and child with 3 years and younger free. If you are a group of 4 it will be cheaper as a car ticket. The car price is for 5 people maximum and additional people need to pay per person on top of this. There is also a small booking fee to cover our fees from the ticketing service and Paypal. 

Where are you?

Explosive Solutions is based in Bungay, Suffolk. We use several event sites across our county such as Sotterley Estate and Henham Park. Specific event directions will be available on the event pages and sent to you via email just prior to the event. If you are not sure please contact us via emailThe site access will be clearly signed on the event day.

What time can I arrive?

Gates open at 5pm. Please allow plenty of time to arrive and get on site as we expect queues due to the small country lanes. 

What time do the Fireworks start?

The start time will be decided on the day depending on tarffic and whether there is any delays getting everuone in. We aim to fire the show between 7-7:30pm. To make sure we can get everyone in safely and in position for show start we have last entry as 6:30pm. Please try and come early to avoid queues and get the best viewing spot. 

Can I buy food and drink on site?

Yes, hot food, drinks and snacks will be available from local vendors. A menu wil be released in advance. 

Can I pay for food and drink with a Debit/Credit card?

Yes, you can. Where possible card payment is preferred to limit customer and staff contact. If you are only able to pay with cash, please be aware that some notes may not be accepted, and change may not be available.

Are there toilet facilities?

Yes there will be toilet blocks across the site. There will be staff members present at all times and will be cleaned regularly throughout. We ask that only one person per toilet cubicle at any one time, unless you are taking a small child or person who requires physical assistance. Hands must be washed. Hand sanitising stations will be provided outside the toilet facilities. . 

Is there wheelchair access?

Our site does have wheelchair-accessible facilities. We must make you aware that the main covering of the area is grass. If this makes it difficult to operate your chair around the grounds, we would be happy to provide extra assistance, including if you wish to request a parking space closer to the hard track that runs through the centre of site. If you wish to do this, please CONTACT US using the name and email address of your booking and supplying us with the show details you have bought tickets for. Our arrival team can then be aware in advance and be ready to help. 

Are there people on site to help me?

We will have dedicated staff on-site to assist with all your needs. Our team are in hi-vis and will be patrolling so please find one of us on site, adhering to social distancing rules. Please do NOT beep your car horn or flash your lights for attention unless a medical emergency. 

Am I able to bring my dog?

Unfortunately due to the nature of the event dogs and pets are NOT permitted. As dog lovers, we all know this is not their favourite time of year and ask them to remain safely at home or with friends or family. If you or someone wanting to attend has an assistance dog please get in touch with us prior to booking so we can discuss your requirements.

How many people can I bring?

The price of the car ticket is for a maximum of 5 people. Any extra people need to buy an individual ticket. If you are a group of 2-3 its probably cheaper to but individual tickets than a car ticket. There's no need to have a car ticket to get on site! 

Can I buy tickets on the door?

No, tickets must be purchased in advance to avoid cueing and delays getting everyone in. 

Can I get an exchange or refund on my tickets?

Unless the event is postponed or cancelled or there is a national or local lockdown we do not offer refunds on any tickets. If you have a valid reason why you are unable to attend, please CONTACT US and we will endeavour to help you. 

I bought tickets for Henham NYE 2020/ Valentines 2021?

Your tickets are valid for this event! You don't need a new ticket, what you have is accepted. If you pre-ordered food and drink this will be avaibale for collection on the day from our food outlets.
